The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between customers, sales staff, subcontractors, and operations. Sound judgment, tact, discretion, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts are essential components for success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project is completed meeting the strict deadline set by the customer.
  • Customer is 100% satisfied with the final installed product.
  • Customer is 100% satisfied with communication and execution of the Account Manager.
  • Project is completed meeting the minimum overall profit margins.
  • Learns how to develop, coordinate, and implement programs and services in support of area technical expertise, which includes identifying customizations requested by the customer and how to translate what the local technician/subcontractor has noted for specific jobs
  • Analyze project plans to locate window treatments.
  • Analyze project costs after completion to ensure minimum profit margins were met.
  • Enters projects for Key Account Manager
  • Utilize Roll-A-Shade CRM to manage all aspects of projects from start to finish.
  • Utilize Roll-A-Shade quoting module to generate pricing based on takeoff reports.
  • Utilize Roll-A-Shade manufacturing software to schedule window treatment production.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to verify stock of raw materials and schedule ordering if necessary.
  • Coordinate with Installation to schedule measure, service and install of local projects.
  • Coordinate with National Subcontractors to schedule measure, service and install of non-local projects.
  • Coordinate with Graphics to proof artwork and schedule printed shade production.
  • Work independently and carry out projects to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet strict construction deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Assists with follow-ups

Job Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

Job Description:

Manufacturing Team Member

Our manufacturing team is essential to our success as we pride ourselves in putting out a high- quality product. Problem solving, paying close attention to detail and reliability are key attributes to success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • High pace, high volume production
  • Prepare and assemble parts
  • Cut materials required for assembly
  • Unload truck deliveries daily (not all day)
  • Ability to work in hot & cold temperatures depending on season (all indoors, warehouse environment)
  • Experience working with hand tools such as chop saw, grinder, drill and staple gun.
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute work orders in a timely manner.
  • Provide courteous customer service.
  • Keep track of materials and company tools used in installation.
  • Plan proper procedures necessary for installation projects.
  • Perform duties at company established performance levels.
  • Complete assigned daily route.
  • Take photos of installs, services, and measures.
  • Upload project photos daily.
  • Complete Field Report & Measure sheets daily.
  • Provide company credit card receipts in an organized and neat manner.
  • Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and ensure the final work product is completed as per work order.
  • Perform related troubleshooting tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid and clean Driver’s License required.
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 10%)
  • Basic math skills.
  • Read, interpret, and speak English.
  • Familiarization with reading and interpreting diagrams/blueprints
  • Basic knowledge of proper equipment use and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of installation and product specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Industry knowledge a plus.
  • High level of flexibility
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Experience window tinting is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of driving, sitting, standing, stooping, and bending.
  • At times may lift up to 50-lbs. and or move up to 150-lbs. with assistance.
  • Exposure to heights and electrical equipment.
  • Flexibility with schedules that may be subject to change.
  • Environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, and dust
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures is mandatory
