Job Description:

Production Associate

Our manufacturing team is essential to our success as we pride ourselves in putting out a high- quality product. Problem solving, paying close attention to detail and reliability are key attributes to success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • High pace, high volume production
  • Prepare and assemble parts
  • Cut materials required for assembly
  • Unload truck deliveries daily (not all day)
  • Ability to work in hot & cold temperatures depending on season (all indoors, warehouse environment)
  • Experience working with hand tools such as chop saw, grinder, drill and staple gun.
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

This position is on-site at our Riverside, California office.

Job Qualifications:

Job Description:

Highly experienced position focusing on identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products or services, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.

 

Strategic Sales Manager will work to meet yearly individual and departmental sales goals and will utilize all available resources to coordinate with all necessary departments to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest so long-term relationships are developed:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers and businesses to target sales opportunities. This may involve researching leads, attending events, or making cold calls.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations or demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how the product or service meets their needs.
  • Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets and goals, often on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the organization’s goals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with clients to close sales deals, discussing terms, pricing, and other relevant details to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively close sales by addressing objections and concerns, handling necessary paperwork, and securing payment.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results. Generate and submit sales reports to management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, ensuring that customers are satisfied and addressing any issues or questions they may have.
  • Sales Software: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Required
Education: bachelor’s degree Preferred
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, whether in a similar role or related customer-facing positions, is typically beneficial. Preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey information clearly Preferred
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and other stakeholders. Preferred
Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 applications Preferred
