Thank you Yvette for being a great team member. 👏 Q: What word of advice do you have for young professionals starting out in their careers? A: Be patient with yourself throughout the learning process. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself and take on difficult tasks, it’s how you grow. Q: What does your day off consist of? A: Weekends are generally spent at the softball fields watching my daughter play. When she’s not in season, just soaking up time with loved ones. Q: What’s your favorite thing about your job? A: Building good working relationships with our tech’s and customers. Taking on new challenges and learning new things. Q: Who inspires you the most within our organization? A: Deanna, no matter how busy she is (and she is busy!), she always will stop and take the time to help. She knows Roll-A-Shade inside and out and is an invaluable source of information, she really cares. Q: Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working with us. A: In the beginning I did a lot of second guessing myself when complex issues would arise even though I had the skills and tools I needed. It came from not being patient during the learning curve, but I’ve learned to challenge myself and to trust in my skills and experience more. Q: What motivates you? A: Of course my daughters and just trying to be the best version of myself.
