All fabric materials and colors can also be custom-matched to your specific installation requirements and designer's specifications. These beautiful fabrics add a rich, subtle texture, providing the perfect complement to your environment. We carry the full line of Phifer SheerWeave® and Vertilux Vision® fabrics, as well as other manufacturers specified by your designer, architect or contractor.

Phifer®’s quality standards are among the highest in the world. All SheerWeave fabrics are manufactured in the USA under strict guidelines through ISO 9002-certified production processes. SheerWeave fabrics are as durable as they are beautiful to handle high-traffic applications with ease. These fabrics are easy to maintain, as they require only occasional cleaning using a mild detergent, brushing and rinsing. Style 1000 – 25% openness

This ribbed weave vinyl-coated fiberglass fabric offers substantial shading while allowing excellent outward visibility and improved daytime.

Style 2000 – 5% openness
Style 2100 – 10% openness

Made of vinyl-coated fiberglass yarns, Styles 2000 and 2100 are full basketweaves designed expressly for those applications which require a more opaque and non-directional fabric. Styles 2000 and 2100 are ideal fabrics for use in roll-up shades, Roman shades and vertical blinds, and may also be supplied in precision slit narrow widths for use in fabricating vertical blinds. Styles 2000 and 2100 in Q10 Bronze, V21 Charcoal and V24 Charcoal/Chestnut can also be used in exterior roller shades.

Using advances in polyester yarn development, Styles 4500 and 4600 are thinner and lighter weight allowing for ease of fabrication. Both styles are full basketweaves, making them ideal for applications that require a more opaque and non-directional fabric.

VERTILUX Vision®
Specifications and Swatches

Vertilux Vision® screens are a premier solar shading product manufactured to exacting ISO-9001 standards. All Vision screens are composed of 100% perfectly cylindrical polyester thread wrapped in an outer layer of PVC. This proprietary thread allows for unrivalled performance and an unobstructed appearance of the shade, as well as easy maintenance. Vision 314 – 14% openness

A unique design option, Vision 314 offers the opportunity to bring a rich styling with a soft shade cloth. The 14% open weave will provide daytime privacy with adequate solar control, and will allow occupants to occupy a well-designed environment.

Vision 351 Comfort Plus 1% open weave is the “powerhouse” of shade cloth.
Vision 351 DualTrans and Vision 351 Dual are twill weave fabrics with a light tone to the outside to provide harmony to exterior exposures.

This basketweave is designed for the situations where light varies, and a view is to be preserved. With intense sunlight, Vision 550 allows workstations to be comfortably lit, while retaining the natural exposure.

Vision 597 – 7% openness

Vision 597 is a special weave in a 7% open style, created to have a textile style “box” in the pattern. Most of this collection of basic color tones can be railroaded for wider shades without changing the pattern or appearance.

For the most durable solar shade material, Vision 650 is the choice. Excellent for outdoor applications as well as indoors, because of its structurally strong twill weave, Vision 650 has a dual-tone color set, which assists in solar control while still permitting design in inner-spaces.
