Roll-A-Shade's automation controls add a new dimension of operational simplicity and convenience, offering remote control and automatic operation options for every roller shade installation. Our automated shade systems and motors can be installed during new construction or remodeling, or can be easily retrofitted into an existing system. Our motors work with all types of roller shades, projection screens and awnings.

MOTORS

We offer both wired-power motors, which are connected to an unobtrusive plug-in low-power transformer, and WireFree™ battery-powered motors. Battery-powered motors are the ideal solution for challenging installations such as doors and skylights. Our motor systems combine innovative design and optimal technical features with reliability, sturdy construction and maintenance free operation. The built-in radio receiver eliminates the need for externally-mounted receivers that require additional space to install, resulting in a neat, simple installation.

Wired-power motors
Our wired-power motor line obtains power from a small low-power transformer. These motors feature built-in radio receivers, providing remote control capabilities without added wiring. The Altus motor offers remote limit switch adjustments, plug-in wiring connections and simple installation. Our Sonesse™ line offers noise reduction technology, providing ultra-quite operation.

WireFree™ Battery-Powered
Our battery-powered motors utilize a single- or dual-lithium battery wand. The LT30 Series motors are compact, wireless and hidden behind a decorative headrail to blend with any décor.
